With more than 20 years experience in the Residential Roofing and Aluminum industry, Domenic Donia is well known in the Greater Toronto Area for his leadership in key areas including: Safety, Human Resources and Improving Technical Procedures.
Together with his experienced crews, Domenic Donia places customer satisfaction and expert workmanship as top priorities.
A former member of the Residential Roofing Contractors’ Association of the Greater Toronto Area, as well as the Residential Siding Contractors’ Association of the Greater Toronto Area, he has assisted in determining:
- Best practices within the industry
- Solutions to labour issues, including safety
- Solutions to union issues, including determining rates
- Future trends, to help forecast important statistics
Domenic was twice nominated by his peers in his roles as: Vice President, Residential Siding Contractors’ Association, 2003-2006, and; Member, Union Negotiation Committee, 2001 and 2004.
